We hope you are delighted with your order.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item within our returns time period (within 30 days of receipt), provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and inside their original packaging.
We would be very grateful if you could provide proof of purchase when returning an item.

How To Return an Order

Please email us (see email address at the bottom of this page) to inform us that you would like to return an item.
We will then ask that you send all return items by tracked post or courier to the following address:

Parcels returned by post are returned at your own cost. A refund for the value of the goods will be issued once the returned goods have been received.

How long will it take to process my return?

It may take up to 5 working days to process your return once we have received your parcel.

We will notify you via email as soon as your return has been processed. Please note that this can take up to 2 working days after we receive your parcel – please use the tracking provided for your parcel to check whether it has been delivered.


Any refunds will be via the same method of payment and will be within 10 working days of us receiving the goods. It can take 3 to 4 days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit-card statement.

We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

Faulty Items

We take the utmost care to ensure that all of our products are sent out in excellent condition.
If an item in your order is unfortunately found to be faulty then please contact us via email or phone (see contact details at the bottom of this page). We will cover the cost of your shipping to return any faulty goods to us.
Items can be returned outside the 30 day period if they are found to be faulty/damaged.

How do I exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange an item then please contact us via email or telephone (see contact details below). We will do our best to offer exchanges on items shipping within the United Kingdom. Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders.

Returns on International Orders (non-EU countries)

We are happy to accept returns on non-EU international orders in accordance with our returns policy stated above.
Please ensure that your return is sent via tracked post/courier. Please be aware that shipping times may vary according to where you are shipping your return from.
As per the returns policy above, we will notify you via email as soon as your return has been processed and we will process a refund within 10 working days of receipt of the returned goods.

Returns from EU Countries

From 1st January 2021, returns from EU countries will be subject to UK VAT (20%) for goods valued at £22 or more and EU customers will now be required to complete customs declarations to import the goods into the UK. In addition, import duty may be payable on goods valued over £135. If you would like to return an order from an EU country then you will be responsible for paying carrier costs as per the existing returns process.
